Marcalliance is an alliance of independent law firms, which all share the same core values and have the same high standards of service and quality.

Marcalliance members’ objective is to provide clients with an access to a full range of legal and tax services, in all areas of business law. Marcalliance is the owner of all intellectual property rights or any other right that may derive from the website (hereinafter, “Website”).

Use and access by users (hereinafter, “Users”), is subject to the conditions of use (hereinafter, “Conditions of Use”), described on the Website.

Accordingly, Users are kindly requested to read the Conditions of Use carefully. Access to the Website and all its extensions, and the use of the contents reflected therein, implies that Users have read, know and accept, without reservation, the Conditions of Use of the Website at the time of accessing the same.

8-Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions of Use are governed by the Common Spanish Law and, the parties expressly waiving their corresponding jurisdiction, unless the applicable regulations state otherwise, any conflict shall be submitted by the parties to the Judges and Courts of Brussels-Capital city.
